ORDER
We GRANT court reporter Robin N. Washington's February 4, 2016 request for an extension of time to file the reporter's record. The reporter's record shall be due on or before April 1, 2016. If the reporter's record is not filed by that date, the Court will utilize its available remedies, including ordering Washington to surrender her notes to the trial court so that another court reporter can be appointed to transcribe the reporter's record.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Brandon Birmingham, Presiding Judge, 292nd Judicial District Court; Robin N. Washington; and to counsel for all parties.
