TADASHA DONSHEE JONES, APPELLANT v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, APPELLEE

APPEAL FROM THE COUNTY COURT AT LAW #2 SMITH COUNTY, TEXAS

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

Appellant pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, and the trial court assessed punishment at confinement for 150 days. We have received the trial court's certification showing that Appellant waived her right to appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 25.2(d). The certification is signed by Appellant only, and the record does not reflect that she was represented by counsel. The record also includes a written waiver of the right to appeal signed by Appellant. Because Appellant has waived her right to appeal, the appeal is dismissed for want of jurisdiction. Panel consisted of Worthen, C.J., Griffith, J., and Hoyle, J.
