Appeal from the 297 District Court of Tarrant County, Texas (TC# 1297869D) ORDER

Pending before the Court is Appellant's motion requesting access to the appellate record for a period of sixty days and make copies of the record. The request to make copies of the record, or portions of the record is denied. We grant Appellant's motion for access to the record. It is therefore ordered that said record shall be returned to the District Clerk of Tarrant County, Texas, no later than sixty days from the date of this order.

Further, Appellant's motion for extension of time to file Appellant's brief is granted. Appellant's pro se brief shall be due in this Court on or before April 28, 2015. Also, Appellant's motion to suspend TRAP Rule 9.3 pursuant to TRAP Rule 2 is granted.
