On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 2 Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause Nos. F18-15327-I, F19-00227-I, & F18-15326-I

ORDER

DENNISE GARCIA, JUSTICE

Before the Court are appellant's September 14, 2022 first motions for extension of time to file appellant's brief. We GRANT the motions and ORDER appellant's brief filed by November 30, 2022.

Considering the lengthy extension requested and granted, if appellant fails to file appellant's brief by November 30, 2022, the Court may abate this case for a hearing in the trial court to determine why the brief has not been filed. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(b).
