MEMORANDUM OPINION

By letter dated March 29, 2011, we informed appellant the $175.00 filing fee was due and instructed her to file the fee within ten days. We cautioned appellant that failure to pay the filing fee would result in dismissal of the appeal. Also by letter dated March 29, 2011, we notified appellant her docketing statement was due and that failure to file a proper docketing statement within ten days might result in dismissal of her appeal. By letters dated June 3, 2011, we notified appellant that both the clerk's and the reporter's records were overdue. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee, filed a docketing statement, or otherwise corresponded with the Court.

Therefore, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b)(c).
