In lieu of granting the plaintiff's application for leave to appeal, the case is remanded to the Worker's Compensation Appellate Commission with directions that it remand the case to the magistrate for reconsideration in light of Gardner v. Van Buren Public Schools, 445 Mich. 23 (1994). MCR 7.302(F)(1). The defendant's application for leave to appeal as cross-appellant is denied. Court of Appeals No. 191887.
