ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

Appellant has filed a motion to withdraw this appeal, which we construe as a motion for voluntary dismissal. We grant appellant's motion and dismiss this appeal. NRAP 42(b). The parties shall bear their own costs and attorney fees. In light of this order, we disapprove as moot the parties' April 15, 2014, stipulation to extend the time for filing the opening brief.
