769 So. 2d 493 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2000)

Opinion

Case No. 4D00-506

Opinion filed October 18, 2000 July Term 2000

Appeal from the Circuit Court for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, Martin County; Ben L. Bryan, Jr., Judge; L.T. Case No. 93-339-CA.

Lawrence Lee Jones, Lake Butler, pro se.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Charles M. Fahlbusch, Assistant Attorney General, Fort Lauderdale, for appellees.

We affirm the final judgment entered after appellee's motion for judgment on the pleadings. The third amended complaint did not allege that the findings of the January, 1993 disciplinary hearing had been overturned. See Edwards v. Balisok, 520 U.S. 641, 648 (1997); Heck v. Humphrey, 512 U.S. 477, 483 (1994).

KLEIN, SHAHOOD and GROSS, JJ., concur.
