Plaintiff's "Motion for an Order Compelling Discovery of Documents" (Doc. No. 85, filed August 22, 2012) is DENIED. To the extent Plaintiff wishes to request production of documents from the defendants, he must do so pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 34. Additionally, under Fed. R. Civ. P. 5(d)(1), requests for production of documents and other pre-trial discovery and disclosures "must not be filed until they are used in the proceeding or the court orders filing."
