ORDER
Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.201(B)(3), orders:
The delayed application for leave to appeal and motion to waive fees are DISMISSED for failure to pursue the case in conformity with the rules. MCR 7.201(B)(3) and 7.216(A)(10). The Clerk of this Court provided notice regarding the nature of the defects in this filing, and the defects were not corrected in a timely manner by providing this Court with (1) a copy of the order appealed; (2) a copy of the trial court's register of actions; (3) a copy of the necessary transcripts or proof of ordering them; (4) proof of service on appellee's counsel; and (5) an affidavit concerning financial status in support of the motion to waive fees. Dismissal is without prejudice to whatever other relief may be available consistent with the Court Rules.
