HUSBAND AND WIFE, § 211 — evidence sufficient to show valid marriage and ability of husband to pay alimony. In wife's action to enforce decree for support of her and the children awarded in separate maintenance suit, evidence held sufficient to show valid marriage of the parties and the ability of the defendant to pay alimony.
