Action at law to recover money damages for alleged fraud. From an order denying a motion by defendant to dismiss the complaint for insufficiency, the defendant appeals. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Close, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Lewis and Aldrich, JJ., concur.
