MOTION TO CORRECT FILING ERROR AND ORDER

On July 16, 2021, Defendant in the above-referenced matter filed a motion to dismiss, which can be found at Docket Entry No. 15. This filing was made in error. Defendant requests that the filing be removed from the docket in its entirety. A corrected version of the motion was subsequently filed and can be found at Docket Entry No. 16. The undersigned counsel apologizes to the Court and Plaintiff for his inadvertence.
ORDER
For good cause shown, Defendant's motion is GRANTED. The Court directs the clerk to remove from the docket the motion to dismiss filed at Docket Entry No. 15 in the above-referenced action.
