LANDON M. JONES & KAMI JONES, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On April 4, 2024, a purported Motion To Withdraw as Counsel was filed in the above-docketed matter at Docket Index No. 17. Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the Motion To Withdraw as Counsel filed April 4, 2024, at Docket Index No. 17, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall be placed under seal, thus rendered not viewable as part of this case.
