MICHAEL JONES, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On April 1, 2024, the Court received from petitioner in the above-docketed matter an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. However, review of the record shows that petitioner had already paid the $60.00 filing fee on March 29, 2024, thereby demonstrating an absence of inability to pay and rendering the application moot.

Accordingly, upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied as moot.
