DONALD A. JONES, JR., Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On May 30, 2023, the Court received from the parties in the above-docketed matter a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this litigation. Prior to entry of such stipulated decision, however, it is advisable to ensure that the record herein is complete insofar as concerns the documentation (1) relevant to establish the Court's jurisdiction over all parties and taxable periods and/or (2) referenced in the decision. Additionally, petitioner's signature on the decision would appear to be merely in a cursive font.

Accordingly, upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 23, 2023, respondent shall file a report and shall attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency for 2020 issued to petitioner. It is further

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed May 30, 2023, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's just-referenced Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is granted, and the Court's $60.00 filing fee for this case is waived. Petitioner is no longer required to pay such amount.
