ORDER

MAURICE B. FOLEY CHIEF JUDGE

On June 28, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion for Entry of Decision. On August 23, 2021, respondent filed a Response thereto. Among other things, respondent therein advises that this case has been forwarded to respondent's Office of Appeals for possible settlement.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 8, 2021, respondent shall file a report regarding the then-present status of this case, or the parties shall file a joint proposed stipulated decision. It is further

ORDERED that action on petitioner's above-referenced motion shall be held in abeyance until after December 8, 2021.
