GUY S. JONES, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On August 15, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing. On August 30, 2022, the Court entered an Order assigning this case to Judge Choi for the purpose of disposing of this motion. Due to inadvertent clerical error, however, also on August 30, 2022, the Court issued an order directing respondent to file an objection to the motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is ORDERED that the Court's Order (Index #8), served August 30, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside.
