C. Jones Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On July 12, 2021, the petition in this case was filed. Petitioner apparently seeks review of a notice of deficiency dated June 28, 2021, issued to petitioner for tax year 2018. On December 2, 2021, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

An examination of the record in this case discloses that record does not include a legible full copy of the deficiency notice issued to petitioner for 2018 upon which this case apparently is based. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 28, 2021, respondent shall file a Response to this order and attach thereto, a legible full copy of the deficiency notice issued to petitioner for 2018 upon which this case is apparently based.
