ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On August 30, 2021, in the case at Docket No. 19479-21S, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause directing petitioners to show cause, on or before September 30, 2021, why that case should not be closed on the ground of duplication with respect to petitioners' case at Docket No. 15043-21S, as in both cases petitioners seek review of a notice of deficiency issued for their 2018 tax year. To date, no response has been received from petitioners.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, issued August 30, 2021, at Docket No. 19479-21S is made absolute. It is further

ORDERED that the case at Docket No. 19479-21S is closed for duplication with respect to petitioners' case at Docket No. 15043-21S. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall copy the petition filed to commence the case at Docket No. 19479-21S and file it as a Status Report at Docket No. 15043-21S as of the date of issuance of this Order.
