In an action to recover damages for the wrongful death of plaintiff's intestate and for his conscious pain and suffering, the appeal is from a judgment dismissing the complaint at the close of the plaintiff's case, and from an order. Judgment unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Appeal from order dismissed. No order is printed in the record.
