By letter dated September 27, 2004, the Court directed appellant to file her brief and a motion for extension of time within ten days of the date of the letter. The letter warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file her brief and motion for extension of time. Accordingly the Court DISMISSES this appeal. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
