[PROPOSED] JUDGMENT

The Court hereby enters judgment in favor of Plaintiff Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (“JLL”) and against Defendant David Martin (“Martin”) in the amount of $1,834,606.17, plus additional interest for each day between September 13, 2023, and the date JLL is repaid in full, which represents Martin's unpaid loan balance, as well as interest and taxes associated with the unpaid loan balance. This amount does not include additional amounts to which JLL is entitled pursuant to the Promissory Notes, including costs and attorneys' fees, which shall be resolved by way of post-judgment submissions. This is a final and appealable judgment disposing of all claims, except JLL's claim for costs and attorneys' fees, and all parties pursuant to Rule 54 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
