ORDER

This case was called from the calendar of the Court's February 6, 2023, Chicago, Illinois trial session. There was no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioner. Respondent appeared and was heard.

During the calendar call, respondent moved the Court to dismiss this case for lack of prosecution. This case was recalled later that day and both petitioner and respondent appeared and were heard. During the recall, the parties jointly moved for a continuance.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcripts of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Oral Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution is denied. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Oral Motion for Continuance is granted, and this case is continued and restored to the general docket.
