Appellant having moved to resettle the record on the appeal taken herein from an order of Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oneida on October 13, 2016,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is dismissed as moot on the ground that the appeal has been decided by order of this Court entered June 16, 2017.
