Mar 21, 2007
No. 05-06-01501-CV (Tex. App. Mar. 21, 2007)

Opinion

No. 05-06-01501-CV.

Opinion Filed March 21, 2007.

On Appeal from County Court at Law No. 4, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. CC-05-15014-D.

Before Justices MOSELEY, BRIDGES, and RICHTER.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On December 4, 2006, the Court directed appellant to file written verification within ten days that appellant had either paid or made arrangements to pay for the clerk's record. The Court warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal for want of prosecution. Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). Nevertheless, we have not received either the clerk's record or written verification from appellant that it has paid or made arrangements to pay for the clerk's record.

Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b), 42.3 (b) (c).
