Appellant having moved to reschedule oral argument of the appeals (denominated motion "to consolidate oral argument") taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court, Steuben County, entered December 12, 2017, January 31, 2019, and March 14, 2019,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals under docket Nos. CA 19-01517 and CA 19-01520 are removed from the Court's January 8, 2020, day calendar and added to the term of this Court commencing March 30, 2020, to be heard the same day as the appeal under docket No. CA 18-01429.
