MEMORANDUM OPINION

Frankie Lee Joiner was convicted of criminal trespass and sentenced to ninety day's confinement in jail. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 30.05 (West 2010). We adopted a finding that appellant no longer desires to pursue the appeal, and we ordered the appeal submitted without briefs. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(b). Absent briefs, no issues are before us. Finding no fundamental error, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
