This case was stricken from the Court's October 18, 2021, Atlanta, Georgia, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On November 24, 2021, the Commissioner filed a status report, which indicated the parties have reached a basis for settlement in this case and that a draft stipulated decision was mailed to petitioner Kara M. Joiner. The Commissioner anticipates having a fully executed stipulated decision within 60 days. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 31, 2022, the parties shall file either a stipulated decision document or a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case.
