After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court


The Alabama Supreme Court, in Ex parte Johnston, [Ms. 1970281, Feb. 26, 1999] 740 So.2d 438 (Ala. 1999), reversed the prior judgment of this court, on the authority of Parker v. State, [Ms. 1970001, Feb. 26, 1999] 740 So.2d 432 (Ala. 1999). The judgment and sentence imposed by the trial court are hereby reinstated.

AFFIRMED.
