MEMORANDUM OPINION


On May 21, 2009, appellant Jeanne Lynn Johnston filed a notice of appeal in this case. On July 2, 2009, we notified appellant that the clerk had informed us that appellant had neither paid nor made arrangements to pay the clerk's fee, and that if appellant did not provide documentation showing that he had done so within ten days, this case would be dismissed. To date, appellant has not submitted this documentation or otherwise communicated with the Court regarding this appeal.

Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c).
