ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

Pending in the above-docketed matter is a Motion To Change Place of Trial, filed August 2, 2021, by petitioner and selecting Syracuse, New York, as the desired trial location. Subsequently, however, petitioner on September 27, 2021, filed a Request for Place of Trial selecting Buffalo, New York, which is consistent with the presently designated place of trial for this proceeding.

Accordingly, it appearing that petitioner no longer wishes to seek a change to Syracuse, New York, it is

ORDRERED that the Motion To Change Place of Trial to Syracuse, New York, is denied.
