Appeal from the decision by the defendant denying the plaintiff's appeal from the tax assessment on certain of his real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Middlesex, where the defendant filed a request to revise the plaintiff's complaint; thereafter, the court, Stengel, J., granted the defendant's motion for nonsuit for failure to respond to the defendant's request to revise and rendered judgment thereon; subsequently, the court, Stanley, J., denied the plaintiff's motion to open the judgment, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
