ORDER
The State’s petition for discretionary review is decided as follows: The Court allows the State’s petition for discretionary review for the limited purpose of remanding this case to the Court of Appeals for further consideration in light of this Court’s decisions in Cabarrus Cty. Bd. of Educ. v. Dep't of State Treasurer, ––– N.C. ––––, 839 S.E.2d 814 (2020), and Cabarrus Cty. Bd. of Educ. v. Bd. of Trs. Teachers’ and State Emps.’ Ret. Sys., ––– N.C. ––––, 839 S.E.2d 331 (2020).
