No. 05-06-01713-CV (Tex. App. Jul. 17, 2007)

Opinion

No. 05-06-01713-CV

Opinion issued July 17, 2007.

On Appeal from the 116th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 06-05417.

Before Justices MORRIS, FRANCIS, and MAZZANT.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On February 22, 2007, March 15, 2007, April 26, 2007, May 8, 2007, and June 13, 2007, the Court directed appellant to file written verification, within ten days, that he had either paid or made arrangements to pay for the clerk's record. The Court warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal for want of prosecution. Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). Nevertheless, to date, we have not received either the clerk's record or written verification from appellant that he has paid or made arrangements to pay for the record.

Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b), 42.3 (b) (c).
