Motion for reargument denied, without costs. Motion to modify the order of reversal denied, without costs. Motion to vacate the judgment for costs granted upon the ground that the event referred to in the order of reversal has not as yet occurred, and the Clerk of St. Lawrence County is directed to cancel such judgment, and plaintiff-respondent may have $10 costs on this motion.
