ROBERT WAYNE JOHNSON, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.

ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from a district court order granting, in part, a postconviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Susan Johnson, Judge.

On January 31, 2017, we remanded this appeal to have the district court enter findings of fact and conclusions of law explaining why it had granted appellant 7 days of the credit Robert Wayne Johnson sought and denied the other 27 days he sought in his postconviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On February 21, 2017, the district court entered an order in which it stated it would be conducting a hearing on the matter on February 28, 2017. Subsequently, on March 2, 2017, the district court entered an amended judgment of conviction, which granted Johnson the additional 27 days of credit it previously denied. Johnson has now been granted the additional 34 days of credit he sought in his postconviction petition. Because the district court has granted all relief Johnson requested in his postconviction petition, he is no longer an aggrieved party and this appeal has been rendered moot. Accordingly, we

ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
