Upon consideration, petitioner's motion seeking court appointed appellate counsel is hereby denied.

Following review of the petition for writ of prohibition, it is ordered that said petition is hereby dismissed pursuant to Logan v.. State of Florida, 846 So.2d 472 (Fla.2003).
