DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken in case Nos. 518353 and 518354 is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal supported by an affidavit setting forth facts showing merit to the appeals, as required by section 800.12 of this Court's Rules of Practice, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken in case No. 519577 is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to May 11, 2015.
