Lower Tribunal Nos.: 90-6649-CF-A, 94-3619-CF

The petition for a writ of habeas corpus, and pending motion for judgment on the pleadings, are hereby transferred to the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit, in and for Duval County, Florida (Case No. 94-3619-CF), for consideration as a motion to correct sentence filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a) in that case.
