WILLIAM T. JOHNSON, JR., Defendant Below-Appellant, v. STATE OF DELAWARE, Plaintiff Below-Appellee. No. 62, 2002 In the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware. Submitted: June 7, 2002 Decided: August 9, 2002

Before VEASEY, Chief Justice, BERGER, and STEELE, Justices.

MYRON T. STEELE, Justice.

ORDER

This 9th day of August 2002, after careful consideration of the parties' briefs and the record, we find it manifest that the judgment of the Superior Court should be affirmed on the basis of the Superior Court's well-reasoned opinion dated January 31, 2002. The Superior Court did not err in concluding that Johnson's claims of ineffective assistance of counsel lacked merit and that his remaining claims were procedurally barred.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the judgment of the Superior Court is AFFIRMED.
