Johnson v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Aug 22, 2001
793 So. 2d 133 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2001)

Opinion

Case No. 4D01-1909

Opinion filed August 22, 2001

Appeal of order denying rule 3.850 motion from the Circuit Court for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, St. Lucie County; Cynthia G. Angelos, Judge; L.T. Case Nos. 88-1683 CF 98-1182 CF.

Adolphus Johnson, Orlando, pro se.

No appearance required for appellee.

We have carefully considered all the points appellant argued in support of his motion for relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850, as well as the state's response filed in the trial court, and the judge's order denying relief. We find no merit in any of the arguments appellant has raised, and thus dispense with the necessity of having the state file an answer brief, and affirm.

POLEN, C.J., STEVENSON and HAZOURI, JJ., concur.
