Appellant filed his Notice of Appeal on November 5, 1974, from an order of the trial court which, although signed November 1, 1974, was not filed until November 26, 1974. Since the notice was filed untimely, this court is without jurisdiction to consider this appeal.

It is, therefore, ordered that this appeal be and it is hereby dismissed.
