The reporter's record is overdue. On October 7, 2024, this Court granted court reporter David Laurel's request for an extension of time to file the reporter's record, and we ordered him to file the reporter's record by November 8, 2024. As of the date of this order, the reporter's record has not been filed. We ORDER David Laurel to file the complete reporter's record for this appeal by DECEMBER 20, 2024. If the reporter's record is not filed by that date, the Court will utilize whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that Mr. Laurel not sit as a court reporter until he files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Raquel Jones, Presiding Judge, 203rd Judicial District Court; Donna Trotman, Official Court Reporter, 203rd District Court; David Laurel, Court Reporter; Christina O'Neil, Chief Judicial Staff Counsel for the Criminal District Courts, Dallas County; and counsel for all parties.
