On Appeal from the 203rd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F21-75810

ORDER

BONNIE LEE GOLDSTEIN, JUSTICE

The reporter's record is overdue. The record was originally due June 4, 2024. On June 11, 2024, this Court notified court reporter David Laurel that the record was overdue and directed him to file the reporter's record within thirty days. As of the date of this order, the reporter's record has not been filed, and Mr. Laurel has not requested an extension of time to file the record.

Accordingly, we ORDER court reporter David Laurel to file the complete reporter's record in this appeal on or before AUGUST 14, 2024. We caution Mr. Laurel that should he fail to file the complete reporter's record within the time stated, the Court will utilize whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that he not sit as a court reporter until he files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Raquel Jones, Presiding Judge, 203rd Judicial District Court; David Laurel, Official Court Reporter, 203rd Judicial District Court; and counsel for all parties.
