FROM THE 426TH DISTRICT COURT OF BELL COUNTY NO. 22DCR86064, THE HONORABLE STEVEN J. DUSKIE, JUDGE PRESIDING.

Before Baker, Triana, and Kelly, Justices.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

Appellant James Charles Johnson, II filed his notice of appeal on November 3, 2023. The reporter's record was due on February 7, 2024. On February 26, 2024, this Court sent notice to the court reporters responsible for preparation of this record, including Cheryl Dixon, that the reporter's record was overdue and asked them to send this Court a written explanation for the delay and an estimate of when the record would be complete. We requested that a response be filed no later than March 7, 2024. We have since been informed that the record has not been filed because Cheryl Dixon has failed to tender her portion of the reporter's record to the official court reporter, Amanda Anderson.

We therefore order Cheryl Dixon to tender her portion of the reporter's record in this cause to Amanda Anderson and to send this Court verification of that action no later than March 18, 2024. See Tex.R.App.P. 37.3(a). Failure to file the record will result in Cheryl Dixon being called before the Court to show cause why she should not be held in contempt of this order.

It is ordered.
