Before the Court is appellant's September 7, 2022 motion to extend the time to file his brief and to exceed the maximum word limit on the brief by 500 words.

We GRANT the motion to exceed the maximum word limit on the brief by 500 words. Because the brief was timely filed on September 9, 2022, we DENY AS MOOT the motion to extend the time to file the brief.
