Charles Johnson appeals the trial court's denial of his petition for a writ of mandamus. We treat the appeal as a petition for a writ of certiorari. Sheley v. Florida Parole Comm'n, 23 Fla. L. Weekly S556, 720 So.2d 216 (Fla. 1998). The petition is denied.
