The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 12th of August 2009 by Amicus for Leave to Participate in Oral Argument as Amicus Curiae:

The Motion for Leave to Participate in Oral Argument filed by amicus curiae State Bar of North Carolina is allowed as follows: Plaintiff-Appellees and amicus curiae shall not exceed the total of thirty minutes allotted for the Plaintiff-Appellee's argument. Amicus curiae State Bar of North Carolina shall notif the Clerk of the Supreme Court and Defendant-Appellants as to the agreed division of time. By order of the Court in Conference, this 14th day of August, 2009.
