The judgment is reversed as to count I and a new judgment is to enter on that count declaring that underinsured motorist coverage is not available to the plaintiff under the automobile policy issued by the defendant to the plaintiff's father. As to count IV, the judgment is reversed and a new judgment is to enter on that count dismissing it as moot. The judgment is affirmed as to counts II and III.
